Pay: $21-$27/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Duration: 12-20 Week Assignment

About the Role

Our client is seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist / Office Coordinator to be the face of their organization during a leave coverage assignment. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and employees while supporting daily office operations and maintaining a well-stocked café and breakroom area.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys balancing front desk responsibilities with administrative support and office hospitality tasks.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, providing a friendly and professional experience.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals and departments.
  • Coordinate incoming mail, packages, deliveries, and office communications.
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs, including filing, document management, supply ordering, and data entry projects.
  • Assist leadership and staff with various office-related requests and special projects.
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and efficient front office environment.
  • Monitor and replenish café and breakroom inventory, including coffee, beverages, snacks, and supplies.
  • Ensure common areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
  • Support a positive workplace experience by helping maintain a welcoming office atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of receptionist, front desk, office administration, or related experience.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Comfortable using standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
